SyncSlide offers two processing options with identical high-quality results. Smart Mode is our fastest option (1-2 min) using secure cloud processing. Protected Mode (3-5 min) processes your video entirely on our private, encrypted servers without ever sending data to third parties. In both modes, we strictly adhere to a "No Model Training" policy—your data is never used to train our models.

Yes! The quality of the video narration depends entirely on your speaker notes. The system reads exactly what is written in the speaker notes of each slide. If your source PPTX doesn’t have notes, you must type them out in the interactive Slide Editor before generating your video.

Protected Mode processes your videos entirely on our private, secure servers. Your video never leaves our environment—no outside services ever see your content. This makes it perfect for sensitive content like medical records, legal documents, or confidential business meetings.

Yes! Each slide includes a high-quality visual capture of the video frame (so it looks exactly like the original) plus fully editable text, titles, and speaker notes. You can reorganize, resize, and add content just like any normal presentation.

Credits are simple: 1 credit per minute for base processing, plus 1 credit per minute for each feature you enable (Voice-to-Text, Screen Text Capture, Smart Transcript Polish). Smart Transcript Polish cleans up Voice-to-Text output by removing filler words and fixing grammar. For example, a 10-minute video with all features costs 40 credits. The upload page shows an exact estimate before you start.

It depends on your plan: Free plan credits reset monthly (no rollover). Trial credits expire after 3 days unless you subscribe. Subscription credits roll over indefinitely while subscribed—no cap! One-time credit packs never expire—use them whenever you need.

Your uploaded media files are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload, while generated slide decks and MP4s are kept for 30 days. This gives you plenty of time to download your results. All files are stored securely and protected.

AI Slide Redesign lets you select any slide and instantly transform it using one of four curated design templates: Professional (clean corporate look), Modern Minimal (sleek and contemporary), Educational (structured for learning), or Creative (bold and expressive). Each template produces entirely new visuals, polished text, and professional speaker notes — all in seconds. Your original slide is always preserved as a version you can revert to with one click.

Every time you use Smart Slide Redesign, the result is saved as a new version alongside your original. You can switch between any version instantly—original, first redesign, second redesign, etc. Nothing is ever lost. When you export, the currently active version of each slide is used.

Smart Slide Redesign charges credits per slide. The exact cost per slide is shown before you confirm. You can redesign one slide or select multiple at once — credits are charged per slide processed. If something goes wrong during generation, credits are automatically refunded.
