Getting started

How do I upload media?

Use the dashboard upload workspace for a video, presentation, or browser recording.

  1. 1Drag a supported file into the upload area.
  2. 2Browse your device and select a file.
  3. 3Record a screen, tab, or window with available audio.

Which presentation exports are available?

Google Slides

Receive an online copy at your account email. Visuals remain images and speaker notes stay editable.

PowerPoint (.pptx)

Download a presentation with editable notes and deck structure.

PDF

Download a fixed document for review, sharing, and printing.

How long does processing take?

Processing time varies with media length and the features you choose. The job page shows progress and the current stage.

Slide redesign and versions

How redesign works

Select one or more slides, choose an available design preset, and review the generated version before exporting.

The original stays available

Each successfully saved redesign is stored alongside the original while the job remains available. The active version is used for export.

Estimate and refunds

The exact credit estimate appears before confirmation. If a chargeable generation fails, the reserved credits follow the product’s refund workflow.

Credits and billing

How estimates work

Media length and selected processing features determine the estimate shown before a job starts.

Where to review terms

The pricing page and your account show the current allowance, pack terms, timing, and rollover rules that apply.

Available balance

A job cannot start if its estimate is greater than the available balance. Successful purchases are recorded before credits are granted.
